333x Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Responsibilities for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering for or using the 333x platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any application made available by 333x — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 333x.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the 333x platform immediately and must not create an account or place any bets. Using 333x after these terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

333x reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of 333x after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create and use a 333x account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 333x does not permit persons under 18 to register or use its platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural individual — corporate accounts or accounts held in a business name are not permitted on 333x.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of a 333x employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on 333x or any other gambling platform you have disclosed to us.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be acting on behalf of a third party when using your 333x account.

Each individual may hold only one 333x account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information or different details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts associated with that individual, along with forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering with 333x, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name as it appears on your national identity documents, your actual date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your 333x account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. 333x is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was enabled by your failure to protect your credentials.

333x may require identity verification documents at any time — including during registration, before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Supported documents include the Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport and driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All deposits on the 333x platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion fees applied by 333x on any deposit transaction. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

333x accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing via accounts or cards belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may trigger a fraud review.

• All deposits are subject to 333x's standard anti-money laundering checks.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact 333x support immediately if you have deposited an incorrect amount.
• 333x does not charge deposit processing fees for standard transactions. Your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 333x balance within minutes for mobile wallet methods and within one to two hours for IBFT bank transfers.
• 333x reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or AML policy violations.

You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your 333x balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

The minimum withdrawal amount on 333x is Rs 500. Standard mobile wallet withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within ten minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within the same business day. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity or when KYC verification is pending.

Before processing a withdrawal, 333x may request KYC verification documents if:

• The withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold set by 333x's compliance team.
• The account has not previously completed a verification check.
• There are inconsistencies in the account's activity that require review.
• The withdrawal is being made to a payment method that differs from the one used for deposits.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your 333x balance is available for withdrawal until wagering requirements for any active bonus are satisfied.

333x offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, referral rewards and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section as well as any specific terms associated with the individual offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 333x promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — typically between 10× and 30× the bonus amount — which must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met are removed from the account automatically.
• 333x reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before a player has had the opportunity to use it, the bonus funds will be removed from the account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate any 333x bonus or promotion — including through multi-accounting, exploiting software errors, coordinated bonus abuse or any other method — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

All bets placed on the 333x platform are subject to the general betting rules in this section as well as sport-specific and event-specific rules published in the 333x help centre. Where a conflict exists between general and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

Bet acceptance: 333x reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including situations where a market price is clearly incorrect due to a technical error. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds are void and stakes are returned.

Settlement: All bets on 333x are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. For esports events, the result declared by the tournament organiser is final. 333x makes commercially reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly after official results are confirmed.

Abandoned and postponed events: If a sports event is abandoned before completion, 333x applies the following standard rules unless specific event rules state otherwise:

• If less than the required portion of a match has been completed, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If the required portion has been completed, bets are settled on the official declared result at the point of abandonment.
• Postponed events where betting was accepted before the new date are voided if the event does not take place within forty-eight hours of the originally scheduled start time.

Maximum payouts: 333x applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the 333x betting interface and vary by sport, event type and market. Winning bets that exceed maximum payout limits will be settled at the applicable maximum rather than the full calculated payout.

All casino and live dealer games available on 333x — including baccarat, roulette, crash games and live table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) software or are operated by licensed live dealer providers. The outcomes of all games are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of standard game mechanics.

Casino bets placed during a technical interruption — such as a disconnection, server outage or software error — may be void at 333x's discretion. 333x will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed game rounds by reviewing server-side records. The decision of 333x in these cases is final and binding.

Live dealer table limits vary by table and game type and are displayed before each session. Minimum and maximum bet limits per round are enforced by the platform and cannot be overridden. 333x may change table limits at any time, including during active sessions at tables you have joined.

333x is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm for Pakistani players. All registered 333x account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 333x account.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a defined period. Once reached, further deposits are blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits: Set alerts and automatic logout after a playing period you specify.
• Cool-down periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 333x for periods ranging from six months to five years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

333x operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, cheating and any form of manipulation of the platform or its games. The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds without appeal:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the 333x platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or the betting interface.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using third-party accounts to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering in any form.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are placed through means not publicly available to all bettors.

333x employs a dedicated fraud and security team that monitors all account and transaction activity continuously. If fraudulent activity is detected, 333x will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities. All player activity on the 333x platform is logged and retained in accordance with our data retention policies.

333x collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for a 333x account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

333x will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only where necessary to operate the platform — including payment processors, identity verification services and customer support tools — and only under data processing agreements that bind those providers to appropriate data security standards.

You have the right to request access to the personal data 333x holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where 333x no longer requires it for legal or contractual purposes. 333x provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. 333x will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Network outages, internet connectivity failures or device malfunctions on the player's side.
• Delays in bet settlement caused by delays in official result declarations by governing bodies.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to meet bonus wagering requirements within the validity period.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the 333x platform.

333x's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits 333x's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

333x may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way — 333x will notify registered account holders via email and via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory obligations.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using 333x and may request account closure through the support team prior to the effective date of the changes.
